As Minnea, Planar Tourist enters the battlefield, choose a plane. Spells from the chosen plane cost {W}, {U}, {B}, {R}, or {G} less to cast. (They're from the chosen plane if it's clear beyond doubt from the name, art, flavor text, or whatever extensive research you've done and can show that they're from that plane.)
When Polis the Planeshifter enters the battlefield, choose a plane at random from among all planechase planes. Polis the Planeshifter has all abilities of the last chosen plane. (Rolls of the planar die don't affect Polis.) {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, do Polis the Planeshifter's chaos ensues effect. If you lose the flip, choose a new plane for Polis the Planeshifter.
Eminence — As long as The Unknown Wizard is in the command zone or on the battlefield, other playtest cards you cast cost {1} less to cast. Whenever The Unknown Wizard enters or attacks, look at the top ten cards of your library. You may put a legendary playtest card from among them onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.
Other Food creatures you control have horsemanship. (They can't be blocked except by creatures with horsemanship.) At the beginning of your combat step, you may put a +1/+1 counter on target noncreature Food you control. If you do, it becomes a 0/0 Knight creature in addition to its other types. {2}, {T}, Sacrifice Cinnamon, Seasoned Steed: You gain 3 life.
As an additional cost to play Banned Eldraine Card, pay {B}, {3}{R}{G}, {3}{R}, {2}, {0}, or {1}{G}. It becomes a copy respectively of Cauldron Familiar, Escape to the Wilds, Fires of Invention, Lucky Clover, Mystic Sanctuary, Once Upon A Time for the rest of the game in all zones. (You can't choose Oko. Because let's be real, nobody wants to play against Oko again.)
(Start the game with this conspiracy face up in the command zone.) Players play with each of their commanders face down and secret until they cast them for the first time. (Be sure to tell your opponent you're using this right at the beginning of the game, so they don't reveal their commanders to you yet!)
If Enolc is one of two partner commanders, it's a copy of your other commander except it retains its name. (Including mana cost.) If Enolc isn't a commander, you may cast it as though it was a copy of any of your commanders. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)

They each enter with an additional loyalty counter. (There are currently eleven. Yes, Nissa, Sage Animist counts. Perhaps look up the list and roll a D20?)

The Magical City, New enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {W}, {U}, or {R}. When this mana is spent to cast a legendary spell, put a +1/+1 counter on this land. {4}: The Magical City, New becomes a 1/1 white, blue, and red Human Artist creature until end of turn. The Magical City, New can be your Commander. (Commander tax still applies.)
When you play this land for the first time, its name forever becomes a creature type and a noncreature card type of your choice belonging to your first name. (For example, Gavin's Dragon and Sorceries. Make sure to fill in the name so everyone knows where they're shopping.) {T}: Add {C}. {T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast spells of the chosen types or spells whose names begin with the first letter of your name.
First strike, vigilance Heroic — Whenever you cast a spell that targets Anax and Cymede & Kynaios and Tiro, draw a card. Each player may put a land card from their hand onto the battlefield, then each opponent who didn't draws a card.
When you cast The Water Maro, create a token that's a copy of it, except the copy isn't legendary. The Water Maro's power and toughness are each equal to the number of permanents you control that are tokens and/or have the word "Maro" in the name.
Rulebreaker — If Valko Indorian, Researcher is your Commander, you may include all artifacts and enchantments in your deck regardless of color identity. Artifacts and enchantments you own everywhere become both types. (This applies to your library, hand, battlefield, and so on.) Whenever you cast an artifact or enchantment spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Valko Indorian.
{T}, Exile Black Tulip: Add three mana of any one color. You can't activate this ability until you've begun your sixth turn of the game. (Keep track if this is in your deck!)
Ward—You get two poison counters. Annihilator X, where X is the total number of poison counters your opponents have. When you cast That Which Was Compleated, you may put a card an opponent owns in exile into their graveyard. If you do, they get two poison counters.
{T}: Put an acquired taste counter on this artifact. {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You draw two cards and lose 4 life. Then you gain 1 life for each acquired taste counter on this artifact.
Flying If an opponent would create a Clue, they create a Blood instead. (It's an artifact with "{1}, {T}, Discard a card, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.")
Shroud (This creature can't be the target of spells or abilities.) Nim Mongoose enters the battlefield tapped. Threshold — Nim Mongoose gets +1/+0 for each artifact you control as long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard.
When Mana Conference enters the battlefield, each player secretly chooses a basic land type, then those choices are revealed. Mana Conference gains each basic land type that received at least one vote. (Basic land types are Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest.)
Hexproof from red {T}: Add {C}. {7}, {T}: Create two Food tokens named Hot Dog. Whenever you sacrifice a Hot Dog, create a Treasure token. Food Crew 2 (Tap two Foods you control: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)
First Strike You can't cast Good Knight if you're on the Phyrexian team. If Good Knight is on the battlefield at the end of the game, score an additional point for the Mirran team.
Enchant permanent If enchanted permanent isn't a stickered playtest card, it can't attack or block. If enchanted permanent is a stickered playtest card, treat it as the card beneath its sticker. If it's unclear without peeling the sticker, treat it as a Wastes. (Mystery Booster playtest cards count as stickered.)
Whenever you planeswalk here and at the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Whenever Chaos ensues, exile the top six cards of your library. Flying When Really Charming Prince enters the battlefield, choose one of the following four cards at random: Piracy Charm, Sapphire Charm, Trickery Charm, and Vision Charm. You may create a copy of the chosen card and cast that copy without paying its mana cost.
Players can't cast spells by paying alternative costs or without paying their mana costs. (Additional costs are still okay. Anything that replaces the mana cost like flashback or madness is not.)
When Bram, Baguette Brawler enters the battlefield, create a Food token. Each noncreature Food you control is an Equipment with equip {1} and "Equipped creature gets +1/+1."
Whenever another legendary creature or creature with mana value one enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter on Isamaru and Yoshimaru.
Other creatures you control gain all bonuses conferred by equipment attached to this creature. Creatures you control can't be goaded.
Prowess, deathtouch When you cast Kallist Rhoka, you may choose a creature or planeswalker on the battlefield. Kallist Rhoka becomes a copy of that creature or planeswalker, and that creature or planeswalker becomes a copy of Kallist Rhoka.
You can't cast Keeper of the Yellow Hat during your first seven turns of the game. (Keep track if you're playing with this!) When The Keeper of the Yellow Hat enters the battlefield, create a legendary artifact equipment token named Yellow Hat with equip {2} and "Equipped creature gets +4/+4 and gains lifelink."
The Chaos Keeper enters with a sealed Magic booster pack of your choice under it. (You provide a new pack each time.) Whenever The Chaos Keeper deals combat damage to a player, reveal its cards and put one of them into your hand. (Don't open the booster pack until the first time this ability reolves.)
Treat your effects that scale off of "players" or "opponents" as though there were one more. (For example, with myriad you'd make an additional token that's just attacking nobody, and with Braids, Arisen Nightmare, you'd draw an additional card.)
Vehicles in your graveyard have jump-start. (You may cast a Vehicle card from your graveyard by discarding a card in addition to paying its other costs. You would exile it, except...) Spells you cast with jump-start aren't exiled.
When Cat Oven enters the battlefield, create a Food token. {T}, Sacrifice a Food: Create a 1/1 black Cat creature token. Each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Suspend 2—{2} (Deep Dish Pizza has no mana cost and must be suspended.) {2}, Sacrifice Deep Dish Pizza: Gain 3 life, draw three cards, and Deep Dish Pizza deals 3 damage to each opponent.

Haste Whenever Must Be Knights attacks, if defending player controls an Enchanting Tale, Must Be Knights deals damage equal to its power to any target. (Enchanting Tales have the expansion code WOT. Other versions of them don't count.)
{T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Add an amount of {R} equal to the sacrificed artifact's mana value.

Counter target noncreature spell. Whenever an opponent casts a spell named Sol Ring, if Ring Out is in your library, you may search you library for Ring Out, and cast it without paying its mana cost targeting that Sol Ring, then shuffle.
Spell commander (This card can be your commander. In Limited, it can partner like other monocolored legends.) Create two 1/1 white Human creature tokens. Fateful hour — If you have 5 or less life, create five of those tokens instead.
When Hero's Uncle dies, you may search your library for a legendary team-up creature, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. (A legendary team-up creature is two or more legendary characters teamed up on the same legendary creature card, such as Drana and Linvala.)
Secretly chose a creature target opponent controls. Then, that player guesses which creature it is. Reveal the chosen creature. If they guessed incorrectly, exile the creature you chose. Otherwise, return Identify the Culprit to its owner's hand and you can't cast it again this turn.

You may play Barce and any other legend with one color identity or less as your commanders as though they each had partner. Whenever another legendary creature you control dies, you may put it into your command zone. It replaces one of your commanders.
Gen gets +1/+1 for each different year of release among other nontoken permanents you control. (For example, if a card was released in 1993, that's one year of release. Specific editions matter.) Whenever Gen attacks, if its power is 30 or greater, you win the game.

Protection from Elk Pay 1 life, Sacrifice another creature: Target creature an opponent controls becomes a 3/3 green Elk creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.) Fixed commander ninjutsu — {B}{B}, Discard a card (It's like commander ninjutsu, but the commander tax applies. Sorry but I learned from Yuriko.)
Mono Eminence — If Auntie Flint is on the battlefield or in the command zone and your deck's color identity is mono-black, creatures you control get +1/+0. Whenever Auntie Flint attacks, another target creature gains fear until end of turn. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
You can bargain any permanent instead of just artifacts, enchantments, and tokens. Whenever you cast a spell, if it was bargained, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
When Incubation Triformer enters the battlefield, incubate 1. {3}: Choose target transformed Phyrexian token you control. Transform it into a third side that's a 3/3 Phyrexian Horror artifact creature.
Infect (A creature with infect deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters and to players in the form of poison counters.) Creatures you control with toxic lose toxic and gain infect.
Creatures you control get +1/+0 and have "At the beginning of your upkeep, this creature deals 1 damage to you."
Tempting offer — When Maître Tree enters the battlefield, create a token from the menu. Each opponent may also create a token from the menu. For each opponent who does, you create a token of the same type. • Treasure • Food • 1/1 green Squirrel • 3/3 green Beast

When The Keeper of Kaldra enters the battlefield, if it's the first time this ability has resolved this game, add Helm of Kaldra, Shield of Kaldra, and Sword of Kaldra as your companions. (You can pay {3} to put one into your hand from outside the game, once each. Use tokens to represent those cards.) Creatures you control named Kaldra have hexproof.

Mono Eminence — As the game begins, if Theopholos is your commander and your deck's color identity is mono-white, your starting life total is increased by 10. When The Bus Runner enters, create a 4/4 Desert Vehicle artifact land token with crew 2. Put eight hour counters on it.
